The work is primarily digital, with a strong emphasis on email marketing, campaign execution, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of a 1–2 year marketing plan aligned with revenue targets and approved budgets
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, including offers, creative, audiences, channels, and timelines
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across multiple campaigns
  • Oversee creative development and manage approval processes, including legal, compliance, and brand reviews
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage agency partners and external vendors, providing clear direction and feedback on deliverables
  • Track budgets and estimates, ensuring costs remain within approved parameters
  • Leverage analytics and campaign performance insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships across marketing, product, digital, data, and agency teams

  • Experience working within financial services, with knowledge of retail banking products (credit card experience strongly preferred)

  • Experience managing budgets and ensuring costs remain within approved estimates
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent related experience
Nice‑to‑Have Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to learn quickly
  • Confident navigating competing priorities and managing expectations in a fast‑paced environment
  • Able to assess creative quality, brand alignment, and messaging effectiveness

You’ll be joining a collaborative, diverse, and supportive marketing team operating within a high‑visibility portfolio. The environment is fast‑paced and deadline‑driven, with frequent exposure to senior leadership. The team values accountability, partnership, and continuous learning.
