Job description

RAINS is seeking a Market Service Manager to join our expanding Canadian team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of our logistics and customer service functions. You will serve as the primary liaison between our internal teams, 3PL partner, and wholesale accounts, aiming to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all operational and logistical activities across Canada.
  2. Coordinate with our 3PL partner (Bergen Logistics) on inbound container planning, order fulfillment, returns (RA), and swap facilitation.
  3. Ensure timely processing and dispatch of shipments before customer cancellation deadlines.
  4. Provide ongoing logistics support to Key Accounts, Specialty Stores, and Marketplaces throughout the region.
  5. Serve as the primary contact for the Sales Team regarding logistics-related inquiries and needs.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics, operations, or account service, preferably in fashion, consumer goods, or retail.
  2. Practical experience working with 3PL providers and ERP systems (preferably Business Central).
  3. Understanding of how Major and Specialty accounts operate (routing guides, compliance, etc.).
  4. Service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks with precision.
  5. Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
