Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings.

We are looking for a Client Service Manager to lead our nursing and personal support worker team. Our next leader will be people-centric and business-savvy. The mandate of the next Client Service Manager is to raise the bar on our community services to meet the demands of an ever-growing GTA market. If your passion is rooted in clinical service and has grown to coaching and mentoring the next healthcare leaders of our community, then this role will be right up your alley.

This is a full-time permanent role, on-site based in our East Toronto office, with travel for client visits.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Overseeing service delivery, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional client service and patient care.
  • Developing and building a high-performing healthcare team by empowering and challenging team members.
  • Supporting a collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders to implement company goals.
  • Working with leadership to develop strategies to meet quality and service goals, considering contractual obligations and KPIs.
  • Managing the annual budget and exploring business development opportunities for division growth.
Skills Needed For Success
  • Undergraduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with leadership experience.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with complex cases in healthcare settings.
  • Highly organized with multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience supervising healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong data analysis skills focused on outcomes.
