Job summary

OPENLANE in Calgary is seeking a Market Sales Coordinator with experience in customer service and technology to support customers on our online auction platform. You will capture vehicle information, launch profiles, provide training, and maintain client relationships to help dealers sell more effectively.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple accounts. Residency in Calgary area is required, and you will visit dealerships to capture inventory

We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Market Sales Coordinator with experience in customer service and technology utilization. You will be part of a dynamic Sales Coordination team responsible for supporting customers in our online auction platform. You will be involved in capturing vehicle information, launching profiles, providing training, and maintaining client relationships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in customer service, technology, and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will need to reside in the Calgary or surrounding areas.

You Are

• Detail-oriented. You will ensure accurate capture and presentation of vehicle information.
• Tech-savvy. You will utilize our app and web-based tools effectively.
• Excellent Communicator. You will interact with customers, sales representatives, and clients professionally.

You Will

Must-Haves

• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Ability to drive a Manual Transmission

Nice To Have

• Experience in wholesale vehicle assessments.
• Previous sales or dealership experience.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry.
