Graphic Packaging International invites qualified candidates for a Manufacturing Supervisor role in Mississauga. The position focuses on developing, improving and maintaining all production activities while coordinating improvement projects across the facility.
You will work hands-on in a manufacturing environment, aligning operations with business goals, safety standards and customer expectations, guiding teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality and delivery targets.

The Manufacturing Supervisor position is responsible for developing, improving and maintaining all production activities within our organization, as well as, direct involvement with process improvement projects throughout the facility. This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing environment that will work with all levels of employees and management within our facility and coordinating ideas into evaluation and implementation. They understand and align business operations and Production as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.
Pay Range: $61,000.00-$81,400.00
