Saturday & Sunday - 7am to 7pm
Monday, or Friday - 7am to 3pm, or 8am to 4pm
Operate manufacturing processes while following quality and safety procedures
Work with the team to achieve production, delivery, and quality targets
Perform routine equipment set-ups, calibrations, and qualifications
Monitor equipment performance and process consistency
Manage time and resources effectively to meet production goals
Support teamwork across shifts and contribute to a positive work environment
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, or cost
Assist with updates to work instructions, safety procedures, and quality documentation
Participate in process development and continuous improvement initiatives
