Job summary

Teledyne MEMS in Edmonton, AB is seeking a hands-on manufacturing operator to join our precision MEMS fabrication team. You will operate processes, perform set-ups, calibrations, monitor equipment, and help meet production and quality targets on a Monday–Friday night shift from 4:00pm to 12:00am.

  • Support teamwork across shifts and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, or cost.
  • Assist with updates to work instructions, safety procedures, and quality documentation.
  • Participate in process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
