Job summary

Teledyne MEMS is seeking hands-on operators to support precision MEMS fabrication in a high-precision manufacturing environment. You will join a team that drives production targets, ensures quality, and maintains strict safety standards across a demanding clean-room setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and continuous improvement as you contribute to process development and equipment readiness during shifts that overlap weekends.

  • Monitor equipment performance and process consistency.
  • Manage time and resources effectively to meet production goals.
  • Support teamwork across shifts and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, or cost.
  • Assist with updates to work instructions, safety procedures, and quality documentation.
  • Participate in process development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Shift Details

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday - 7am to 7pm Monday, or Friday - 7am to 3pm, or 8am to 4pm

What you'll do
  • Operate manufacturing processes while following quality and safety procedures
