Job summary

Goldbeck Recruiting Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing and warehouse operations.

The role focuses on driving operational excellence, productivity, cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer service while fostering accountability and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on leadership with strategic thinking, with strong exposure to high-volume, discrete manufacturing processes and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of progressive operations experience.
• 3–5 years in plant, manufacturing or operations leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; MBA or advanced degree is an asset.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and root-cause problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing and warehouse operations; execute production plans.
• Drive productivity, throughput, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and daily performance-management routines.
• Coordinate production, material flow, warehousing, and logistics activities.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
