Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading teams and delivering performance in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or CI methodologies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Experience using ERP/MRP or similar manufacturing systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in machining, hydraulics, or related industrial environments is an asset.
• Journeyman Machinist certification considered an asset.
