Kapco Metal Stamping in Canada is seeking an IT Support Specialist to keep people, technology, and manufacturing operations running smoothly. You’ll troubleshoot challenges, support end users, and maintain critical systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a degree in IT or related field and 1–3 years in IT support; you’ll work with Windows, Microsoft 365, AD, and basic networking. Manufacturing IT experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Manufacturing or industrial IT support experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support production PCs, scanners, label printers, and HMIs.
• Install and maintain Windows workstations, printers, and applications.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and switch connectivity.
• Support manufacturing software and production systems.
• Coordinate with managed service providers to resolve IT issues.
• Maintain IT documentation and support ticket records.
• Assist with system upgrades, equipment rollouts, and IT projects.
• Follow IT security policies and manufacturing safety requirements.
