You will participate in setup, changeovers, and maintenance routines while ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in manufacturing. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem solving, and teamwork are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and production schedules.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with manufacturing systems/ERP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor production processes for quality and efficiency.
• Perform setup, changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Complete production documents, logs, and quality records.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve issues.
• Identify and report safety concerns, malfunctions, and deviations.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment per policies.
• Assist with inventory management and material handling.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
