Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years in a leadership role in a manufacturing setting.
• 8+ years of overall management experience in custom fabrication or similar industries.
• Understanding of welding, fabrication, project deadlines, and material flow.
• Comfortable with budgets, financial reports, and cost control.
• Ability to communicate effectively with shop team and clients.
