Job summary

Multy is seeking a General Manager to lead the Delta Gomma facility, overseeing safety, production, maintenance, QA, and supply chain. You will drive budget adherence, plant performance, and strategic growth while managing a high-volume, continuous manufacturing operation.

The role requires 7–10+ years of senior operational leadership in heavy manufacturing, with 3–5+ years in an autonomous site leadership capacity. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• 7–10+ years of progressive operational leadership in heavy manufacturing.
• 3–5+ years in autonomous site leadership roles (GM/Director/SM).
• Bilingual fluency in French and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct total plant performance and budget development.
• Lead continuous manufacturing across molding, vulcanization, and material conversion.
• Manage supply chain & inventory to ensure OTIF delivery.
• Oversee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (CNESST).
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, and 5S improvements across the facility.
