Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in cannabis or regulated manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and cost management.
• Familiarity with Canadian cannabis regulations, especially around packaging and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all pre-roll manufacturing operations, including scheduling, QA/QC, and logistics.
• Manage compliance with Health Canada and provincial regulations.
• Develop standard operating procedures to drive efficiency and cost control.
