Job summary

Ellos HR Solutions is recruiting an experienced General Manager for a well established global manufacturing organization in the Greater Toronto Area. You will own full P&L, lead operations, mentor the management team, and drive productivity, quality and cost improvements.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing with multi-shift leadership, and a proven track record of growing profitability. A long-term, hands-on leader is ideal for this critical, on-site position in Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager within manufacturing.
• Previous full P&L responsibility is mandatory.
• Strong background in automotive, metal manufacturing, or related industrial environments.
• Experience leading complex, multi shift manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance, profitability, and business results.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary management teams.
• Excellent communication, decision making, and problem solving skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a hands on leadership approach.
• Stable employment history with demonstrated long term commitment.

Base Salary: Up to $190,000 annually
