Job summary

DGI Supply in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee distribution operations, lead a small team, and drive efficiency across outbound freight, inventory control, and safety programs.

You will collaborate with Operations, Purchasing and Accounting to maintain service levels, optimize costs, and uphold a secure, compliant workplace while focusing on growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in a distribution environment.
• 2+ years managing warehouse operations and supervisory experience.
• Knowledgeable about transportation of dangerous/hazardous goods and WHMIS (Canada) and Hazmat (USA), preferred.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with ability to communicate well across all organization levels.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Teamwork oriented, solid supervisory experience.
• Technically proficient with MS Office programs.
• Ability to travel.
• Passionate, Adaptable, Customer Focused and Teamwork oriented.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise warehouse operations and staff.
• Ensure safety, SOP compliance, and training across all shifts.
• Oversee outbound freight processing and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain service levels with Operations, Purchasing and Accounting.
• Respond to customer or vendor questions and resolve issues.
• Analyze reports to identify deficiencies and take corrective actions.
• Drive cost efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Provide back-up support for vending inventory replenishment.
• Ensure company vehicle and fleet policy compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
