Location : Mississauga, ON or Boisbriand, QC (Must be French / English speaking if in Boisbriand, QC)

Full Time Permanent Position

This position provides multi-department support to maximize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase margins. Responsibilities include supporting marketing effectiveness, sales lead conversion and pricing, service and systems workflow, capacity management, parts logistics, costing, and finance case preparation.

You are :

A business process enthusiast with proficiency in software tools such as Excel and SQL. You understand 5S, Kaizen, and LEAN principles. You are meticulous in detail analysis and possess excellent project planning skills, including GANTT charts.

Ideally, you have 3-5 years of experience in an industrial or B2B commercial environment, with strong ERP knowledge. You are well-suited to contribute to large-scale SAP ERP implementation early in your tenure.

Some of your Job Responsibilities will include :

• Collecting and aggregating business data from various sources (ERP, CRM, HR, Kanban, Boards) and external sources (industry reports, databases).
• Creating Business Intelligence tools or systems, including designing related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs (Excel, PowerBI, SQL, SSIS, Access).
• Maintaining, updating, and improving existing BI tools, databases, dashboards, and systems based on SQL databases, SSIS jobs, and connected Excel dashboards.
• Generating standard reports, data extracts, and dashboards to summarize business, financial, or economic data for review by stakeholders.
• Supporting data analysis and solution development across departments such as business development, sales, service, systems, and finance.
• Automating KPI collection, aggregation, and display for all business processes and departments.
• Coordinating data analysis and mapping in preparation for our ERP transition from MS Dynamics GP to SAP S/4HANA in 2024.

Requirements :

• Undergraduate degree in business or industrial engineering, or pursuing CMA certification.
• 5-7 years of combined experience in B2B environments, including commercial operations, inside sales, and process engineering.
• Proficiency with PowerBI, SQL, SSIS, Access, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, GP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support reporting and proposals.
