Known as “The Abnormal Beauty Company”, DECIEM is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, and other beauty brands & is an industry disruptor with a science-first approach to innovation. DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder Nicola Kilner.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Manager who will support the development and execution of website strategies to enhance website functionality, content effectiveness, and the overall customer journey.

This hybrid position is based out of our Toronto Head Office.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Own the execution of all website content using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Amplience.
  • Manage end-to-end product catalogue updates, including new product setup, SKU transitions, and taxonomy optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage website updates to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and SEO best practices across both sites.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to guide platform updates and resolve content-related technical issues.
  • Monitor site performance and user behaviour across tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Hotjar to drive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate on A / B testing initiatives and personalization strategies to enhance the customer journey and increase conversion.
  • Measure content engagement and conversion rate to continuously refine content and merchandising approaches.
  • Recommend data-driven optimizations across the website, including product categories, site navigation, product merchandising (cross-selling, upselling, recommendations), and dynamic content display within Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce website management, with a focus on driving strategy and execution excellence.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including product catalogue management, merchandising, and content integration.
  • Strong expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS), with a strong preference for Amplience.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content performance metrics.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, A / B testing platforms) and the ability to analyze data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
