Salary Range: $91,200 - $136,800 CAD

Job Description

Our Wealth Change Management team reports into the Wealth National Office Strategy and Business Enablement team. We lead change management across Wealth sectors to support delivery initiatives that enhance client and colleague experiences. Our practitioners integrate multiple partner groups, businesses, communications, and training to align with business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Change Management Analysts, providing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Develop talent and capabilities within the team to achieve business results.
• Ensure team understands the end-to-end customer approach in change initiatives.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
• Support change management strategy execution and practice evolution.
• Lead data synthesis, visualization, and insights to inform decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance and operational support.
• Manage risk, compliance, and problem resolution within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong data visualization and analytical skills.
• Experience in data management and cleaning.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a large organization.
• Change Management certification is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus.
