• Knowledge of fixed income, derivatives, corporate actions, and end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Aladdin, SWIFT, or similar platforms is an asset.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day trade operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing and settlement of trades across multiple asset classes.
• Oversee bank wire processing, treasury transactions, cash movements and payment operations.
• Manage bank portals, SWIFT connectivity, custodian relationships, and investment account administration.
• Supervise the Trade Operations team while driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Resolve trade exceptions and support derivative, collateral and corporate action activities.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers, Traders, brokers, custodians and internal stakeholders to deliver operational support.
• Support SOC 1 initiatives, monitor key controls and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve team performance.

Requirements

• Strong experience with bank wires, payment processing, cash management, and trade settlements.
• Knowledge of fixed income, derivatives, corporate actions, and the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Aladdin, SWIFT, or similar investment platforms is an asset.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement.

Pay Rate

$65.00/Hour

You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
