As a Strategic Solutions Manager within the Business Modernization team at Canada Life, you will play a critical role in leading modernization initiatives. This includes leading Business Analysts in analyzing business needs, defining requirements, implementing and optimizing workflow solutions, intelligent document processing, and overall automation frameworks for key business processes. Working closely with the AVP of Optimization & Enablement, business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional partners, you will ensure modernization solutions consider all details of the associated business processes and proactively address risks, business, and technical impacts with appropriate mitigation strategies. The role focuses on delivering business value and meeting customer and employee needs.
The base salary ranges from $76,400.00 to $141,400.00 annually, excluding variable components like bonuses or commissions. Further details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
