THE PORTFOLIO COMPANY This key leadership role is in a high-growth, high-profit portfolio company of big thinkers and big doers. It is a CPG/beverage/dietary supplement company with a history of strong, profitable growth as the number one product and brand in its emerging category. Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning and execution for Elevation Capital's portfolio and operating companies
Build, refine, and run the Strategic Initiatives Office, integrating OKRs, KPIs, and company-wide goals into an accountable operating system
Design and implement analytics dashboards that track performance across key initiatives, aligning short-term project outcomes to long-term enterprise strategy
Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive mission-critical projects, oversee transformation efforts, and ensure execution excellence
Serve as a bridge between strategic planning and operations, ensuring that what's imagined is executed - and measured
Own executive briefing materials, board reporting frameworks, and quarterly business reviews
Deploy into high-priority operational and business challenges, working across functions to remove blockers, create clarity, and drive ROI
Translate vision into executable roadmaps and manage quarterly planning cadence, facilitating leadership sessions, workshops, and retrospectives
Provide hands-on leadership to the Strategic Initiatives team, project managers, and analysts as needed; build and manage a high-performing cross-functional support team
Develop communication rhythms and artifacts that cascade strategy across the org - from founder-level whiteboards to functional metrics and team updates
Lead ad hoc strategic efforts across new markets, partnerships, M&A, org design, or turnaround needs
10+ years of experience in a leadership capacity, ideally in venture-backed or founder-led multi-business environments
Deep experience managing strategic initiatives, PMOs, or chief-of-staff-level functions with exposure to boards and executive teams
Strong financial acumen and analytical background, with demonstrated ability to create KPI models, business cases, and data visualization tools
Proven record of leading through influence and aligning stakeholders across cross-functional, global teams Exceptional communication skills - visual, written, and verbal - that connect teams to the mission and move decisions forward
Adept at both high-level strategy and in-the-weeds execution; you're just as comfortable with a Gantt chart as you are with a vision doc
Proficient in Microsoft O365, Google Suite, Monday.com, Miro, and other tools used in modern operations and project delivery
High EQ, humility, and resilience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; able to manage sensitive topics and complex personalities with grace
PMP certification or equivalent preferred; Six Sigma or other process discipline a plus
An aggressive base salary will be provided in this position, with an additional lucrative bonus plan based on performance. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role. Options/equity will be provided to suitable candidates after completion of the first 90 days. This role also provides the opportunity for advancement in role, function, and pay.
