Who We Are

Global Wealth Management is an integral part of Scotiabank. Being part of the Scotia Financial Planning Team (formerly Mobile Advice Team) means contributing to the success of the Mutual Funds Distribution team. You will design and implement strategic initiatives to transform the Scotia Financial Planning (SFP) team, focusing on driving change, fostering innovation, and improving operational effectiveness. Accountabilities

• Execute strategic initiatives as part of SFP Next Gen from ideation to completion.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives to understand project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Assist in executing project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
• Engage with stakeholders across departments to drive alignment and collaboration.
• Implement change communication and socialization plans.
• Support training initiatives and communication tactics for successful adoption.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance project delivery.
