Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Manager, Strategic Finance to join our finance team. You will develop and implement policies and programs that refine business plans for global transformations and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership to align reporting, provide financial insights, and standardize business performance evaluation.

Position Details

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Toronto, requiring a hybrid work schedule (3 days/week in-office: Tue/Wed/Thu at 351 King Street East, Toronto, ON).

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategies supporting growth and efficiency.
2. Conduct financial analysis to identify key business drivers.
3. Lead special projects and business case planning.
4. Analyze budget forecasts, track actuals, and collaborate with finance teams.
5. Provide insights to CFO and senior leaders for cost optimization and resource allocation.
6. Assist in financial planning, modeling, and scenario analysis.
7. Monitor KPIs and generate timely financial reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; Master’s preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting, auditing, and software industries.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and software tools like Excel and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to implement business solutions and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
