As Manager of the Strategic Data and Governance Unit, you will lead the development and implementation of MMAH's enterprise-wide Data and Analytics Strategy. Your work will lay the foundation for stronger connections between data, policy, and service delivery while supporting a more coordinated, inclusive, and informed public service.
To succeed in this role, you will:
Meet Your New Team
You'll be joining the Data and Analytics Branch within the Housing Policy and Planning Division, a branch committed to using data to inform thoughtful, people-centred policy and service design. The team provides analysis, insight, and reporting to support housing and municipal initiatives across Ontario.
This is a newly created unit within the branch, and you'll have the opportunity to shape its direction, culture, and ways of working. You'll collaborate closely with policy and program teams, IT partners, and leadership across the ministry to turn ideas into impact.
