Beyond just results, we are unwavering in our commitments—passionate about genuine connections, innovative solutions, and adding a personal touch. As we scale, we’re looking for someone excited to join our sales team as our next Strategic Growth Manager.

This is a fully remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Must be able to visit clients in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities
  • Build, expand, and nurture client relationships, driving new business and signing new MSAs.
  • Develop strategic relationships with hiring leaders and collaborate with recruiting teams to meet client needs.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target industries and accounts.
  • Grow accounts by connecting with new leaders, understanding team roadmaps, and driving staffing and consulting opportunities.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at various levels, including C-suite.
  • Uncover new staffing opportunities within existing accounts and expand across departments.
  • Represent Releady at industry events, virtual meetings, and client briefings as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Track market trends and bring insights to conversations.
  • Manage pipeline through CRM/ATS tools, ensuring data integrity.
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or staffing industry account growth.
  • Proven track record of selling into cold accounts and persistence.
  • Experience engaging with managers, directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills rooted in empathy, curiosity, and communication.
  • Tech confidence with MS Office, CRM, ATS, and related tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, meet deadlines, and stay composed under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to connect with clients.
  • Bonus: Experience in staffing/consulting in tech, digital, or creative industries.
