University Health Network is seeking a Manager, Strategic Analytics to join the Office of Strategy Management for Peter Munk Cardiac Centre & Medical Imaging. You will lead multiple concurrent initiatives, translate complex data into actionable insights, and support executive decision-making through dashboards and advanced analytics.
The role requires a Masters or MBA, at least 5 years in strategic planning, and strong collaboration with senior leaders.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Office of Strategy Management, the Manager, Strategic Analyticsisa key member of the planning and performance team within a portfolio that includes Peter Munk Cardiac Centre & Medical Imaging. This critical role will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to optimize and improve operations, addressing capacity challenges, and ensuring the sustainable delivery of world-class care in Cardiac and Medical Imaging services.
This dynamic role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent, complex initiatives. It also involves working with multiple organizations and engaging different levels of leadership. The role brings structure and clarity to ambiguous or complex problems, ensuring that leaders are equipped with timely, relevant, and decision-ready information. Through strong data storytelling and synthesis, the Manager, Strategic Analytics supports executive forums, governance processes, and operational decision-making inPeter Munk Cardiac Centre & Medical Imaging.
