The Senior Analyst, Quality & Safety Analytics is a 1-year temporary full time position that plays a key role in advancing safe, high-quality care at UHN by transforming complex data into trusted insights that support performance monitoring, organizational learning, and continuous improvement.
Working within Data & Analytics and in close partnership with Quality & Safety, the Senior Analyst will design and sustain analytical products that help leaders understand performance, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and make evidence-informed decisions across the organization.
This role supports UHN’s quality and safety analytics ecosystem, including safety event reporting, quality indicators, patient safety, organizational learning, and executive and board reporting. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to deliver clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
