BonLook is seeking a Store Manager at the Toronto Eaton Centre to drive daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This full-time role requires leadership, weekends/evenings availability, and a strong retail background.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• 2–4 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of store operations and performance.
• Proficiency with technology including MS Office.

This position is afull-time role working40 hours per week.Our store is openMonday to Sundayevening and weekend availability is required.

What You Bring

• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• College degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of management or supervisory experience
• Previousexperience in customer service and retail preferred
• Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance
• Proficiencywith technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
• Proven ability to inspire, coach,and mentor a team while driving organizational goalsand delivering exceptional customer experiences
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team playerwith a growth mindset,able to manage changing priorities effectively
• Excellent organizational,time managementand multitaskingskills
• Outstanding oraland written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset
