BonLook is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the BonLook - Square One Shopping Centre location. This full-time role (30-40 hours weekly) requires availability days, evenings and weekends to support store operations and customer experience.

Our BonLook - Square One Shopping Centre location is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as an Assistant Store Manager to fill an existing vacancy!

This position is a full time role working 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. Availability to work days, evenings and weekends is required.

Position

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of the business, as assigned by the Store Manager. They are accountable for supporting all store operations and functions and they are responsible for the customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager trains, develops and creates space for others to achieve results.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a management or relevant experience
• Customer service and sales experience
• Experience in retail business (an asset)
• Demonstrates a creative approach towards customers, management and complex situations
