As the Manager/Senior Manager, Talent Management, you’ll play a key role in supporting Aritzia’s Digital department — an evolving team that’s building its foundation and shaping how it supports the business for the long term. You’ll bring both a strategic and hands-on approach to your work, helping ensure we have the right people in the right roles and that our people practices are aligned, consistent, and effective.

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
