THE TEAM

The mission of the Production Department is to deliver finished goods that fulfill the creative design vision.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Production team is expanding. You will play a key role in translating creative design into production, ensuring precise allocation, strategic negotiation, and seamless execution for woven IMT products. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager of Production, you will lead the team to:

1. Collaborate with Business Support partners to manage the daily operations of the department, supporting corporate objectives and fostering career development and a positive employee experience.
2. Define and uphold the production perspective at Aritzia.
3. Develop high-quality products aligned with industry standards.
4. Secure optimal production lead times without sacrificing quality.
5. Maintain production margins while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
6. Ensure the high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of all materials and finished goods during production.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in apparel production, including product component timelines and cost negotiations.
2. A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's Values and Leadership principles.
3. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD annually. The final salary will depend on experience, skills, and knowledge. We are open to considering candidates with different qualifications, with adjustments to scope and salary as appropriate.
