Aritzia is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager for Workforce Planning to lead and optimize labour scheduling processes. The mission of the Supply Chain Workforce Planning Department is to plan and schedule labour to match business needs with optimal talent while controlling labour wastage to support an incredible employee and client experience.

The typical salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. Final salary depends on experience, skills, and knowledge.
