THE TEAM

The mission of the Supply Chain Workforce Planning Department is to plan and schedule labour to match business needs with optimal talent while controlling labour wastage to support an incredible employee and client experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Supply Chain Workforce Planning team is expanding. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for managing our labour planning process to ensure we are scheduling the right people, in the right roles, and at the right times. You will play a pivotal role in determining the long-term strategic approach to optimize our labour allocation and maximize our outputs, supporting the success and growth of our Supply Chain operations. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Workforce Planning, you will lead the team to:

1. Design the long-term strategic model that directs the labour plan and schedule
2. Optimize labour spending and productivity
3. Gather, analyze, process, and optimize scheduling inputs
4. Build and publish optimized schedules
5. Execute live week schedule changes
6. Work with Business Support partners to lead the department's day-to-day functions, supporting corporate objectives, while enabling career development and an excellent employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Workforce Planning, should have:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in data analysis and handling large data sets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with scheduling or workforce planning software
• A commitment to learn and embody Aritzia's Values and Leadership principles
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• A dedication to quality and results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. Final salary depends on experience, skills, and knowledge. We are open to adjusting scope and salary based on individual qualifications.
