Job Title: Manager, Security & Tech Operations

Responsibilities:

1. Provide vision, oversight, and guidance for the security and tech operations teams.
2. Establish team goals, KPIs, operating models, and standards; ensure clarity of roles and effective prioritization of deliverables.
3. Lead and structure the broader GRC function and team initiatives.
4. Facilitate communication and collaboration with partners, defining roles and responsibilities to achieve mutual goals.
5. Engage with internal audit and technical teams to develop relationships and provide regulatory and audit responses.
6. Report updates to senior management and leadership.
7. Manage escalations, decision-making, and removal of blockers as needed.
8. Support team development through training and expertise sharing.
9. Improve risk assessment methods, control testing, and monitoring activities.
10. Implement maturity frameworks considering emerging regulations and proactive risk detection.
11. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
12. Support business travel as required (up to 10%).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in information security, cybersecurity, or related fields, with experience in domains like access management, vulnerability management, etc.
• 5+ years managing a diverse, dispersed team.
• 5+ years analyzing data and programs for security risk, compliance, and maturity.
• Knowledge of industry risk frameworks (ISO, NIST).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree and/or certifications.
• Strong program management skills, including planning, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
• Experience translating strategy into execution with tangible results.
