The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills. This role requires a hands‑on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.

• Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed to build a strong team.

Experience
