Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Desiroad Corporate! This role requires a strong background in hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and expertise in Indian cuisine and wine service.

Duties
  1. Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  2. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  3. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximize profitability.
  4. Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
  5. Oversee the Point of Sale (POS) system for efficient transaction processing.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
  9. Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Skills
  1. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
