Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–7 years of progressive B2C marketing experience with measurable growth.
  • Experience in healthcare, multi-location retail, franchise, or service-based organizations is an asset.
  • Consulting or advisory experience is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with multiple priorities, budgets, stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize a regional portfolio of practices, developing strategies and initiatives to support growth and objectives.
  • Act as an internal marketing consultant to Operations leaders and practice teams, providing insights and practical growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute practice-level marketing plans aligned with priorities and local market opportunities.
  • Analyze patient behaviour, market trends, competitive activity, and performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support annual marketing budget planning and regional and practice-level playbooks.
  • Monitor marketing spend and optimize investments to maximize ROI.
  • Lead marketing initiatives related to mergers, acquisitions, relocations, and new practice builds.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver business priorities.

As a Manager, Regional Marketing, you will drive growth across a portfolio of practices by turning market intelligence and performance data into actionable strategies.
You will act as a strategic marketing partner to Operations leaders and local practice teams, helping identify opportunities to strengthen patient acquisition, retention, and overall performance.
The role combines regional marketing strategy, business consulting, analytics, budget management, and hands‑on project leadership.
You will assess patient behaviour, competitive activity, local market dynamics, and marketing performance to guide investment and prioritization decisions.
Working across a broad range of internal functions, you will help deliver marketing initiatives tied to acquisitions, mergers, relocations, and new practice launches.
This is an opportunity to influence measurable business outcomes in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and data‑driven environment.
The role is based in Toronto with a hybrid schedule that combines in‑office collaboration with remote work.

Accountabilities
  • Manage and optimize a regional portfolio of practices, developing strategies and initiatives that support growth and business objectives.
  • Act as an internal marketing consultant to Operations leaders and practice teams, providing insights, recommendations, and practical growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute practice‑level marketing plans aligned with business priorities, patient needs, and local market opportunities.
  • Analyze patient behaviour, market trends, competitive activity, and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Support annual marketing budget planning and the development of regional and practice‑level marketing playbooks.
  • Monitor marketing spend across the assigned portfolio, assess campaign effectiveness, and optimize investments to maximize return on investment.
  • Lead marketing initiatives associated with practice mergers, acquisitions, relocations, and new practice builds.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Real Estate, Talent, and other cross‑functional teams to coordinate initiatives and deliver business priorities.
  • Manage multiple projects, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines while maintaining strong execution and accountability.
  • Communicate marketing performance, insights, recommendations, and strategic priorities effectively to diverse internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–7 years of progressive B2C marketing experience, with a strong track record of driving measurable growth.
  • Experience in healthcare, multi-location retail, franchise, or service‑based organizations is an asset.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
