Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Marketing Manager, Canada to translate global strategy into locally relevant, revenue-driving marketing across Canada. You will drive pipeline through targeted campaigns, develop sales enablement tools, and own the Canada content and messaging ecosystem.

In this role you will bridge sales and marketing, ensure messaging aligns with customer needs, and contribute directly to revenue outcomes. Travel up to 25% may be required.

  • Own and manageCanada commercial content calendar (email, social, blogs, campaigns).
  • Translate global positioning into localized messaging for Canada.
  • Develop and deploy campaigns aligned to key personas and verticals.
  • Partner with global content and digital teams to execute efficiently and at scale.
  • Develop sales tools (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, templates).
  • Support active opportunities and strategic accounts with compelling narratives.
  • Contribute to RFP messaging and proposal content.
  • Build repeatable templates and frameworks to improve speed and consistency.
  • Leverage Salesforce pipeline data to identify gaps and translate insights into content and campaigns that drive revenue.
  • Coordinate with sales and digital marketing to connect pipeline with campaign performance.
  • Establish lead management and pipeline visibility processes to align marketing with revenue.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager, Canada is responsible for translating global marketing strategy into locally relevant, revenue-driving execution across Daniels Health’s Canadian business and brands.

This is a commercial, downstream marketing role focused on:

  • Driving pipeline through targeted campaigns
  • Developing high-impact sales enablement tools
  • Owning the Canada content and messaging ecosystem

The role acts as the primary link between sales and marketing in Canada, ensuring that messaging, content, and campaigns reflect real customer needs, support active opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Content & Campaign Execution
  • Own and manage the Canada commercial content calendar (email, social, blogs, campaigns)
  • Translate global positioning into localized, customer-relevant messaging
  • Develop and deploy campaigns aligned to key personas and verticals
  • Partner with global content and digital teams to execute efficiently and at scale
Sales Enablement & Deal Support
  • Develop sales tools (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, templates)
  • Partner closely with sales to support active opportunities and strategic accounts
  • Contribute to RFP and proposal messaging, ensuring clear, compelling narratives
  • Build repeatable templates and frameworks that improve consistency and speed
Sales & Pipeline Reporting
  • Leverage Salesforce pipeline data to identify gaps, trends, and growth opportunities, translating insights into proactive content and campaign strategies that drive new business, customer retention, and account expansion across Canada.
  • Partner with sales and digital marketing to connect pipeline performance with campaign execution, optimizing marketing-generated revenue across email, SEO, paid media, and other demand channels.
  • Establish and reinforce clear processes for lead management, pipeline visibility, and sales enablement, ensuring marketing efforts are directly aligned to revenue outcomes and conversion efficiency.
Digital Campaign Alignment
  • Partner with digital marketing team to ensure alignment on targeting strategy, messaging and campaign priorities
  • Ensure digital programs reflect real customer pain points and commercial priorities
Brand StewardshipMarket and Customer Insight Translation
  • Act as the Canada brand expert across healthcare waste division ensuring consistency in messaging, tone and market positioning
  • Gather and synthesize voice of sales, customer feedback and market dynamics specific to Canada
  • Continuously refine: Brand messaging, content priorities and campaign focus to align with business priorities and customer needs

$110,651 - $152,145 a year

The pay range for this position is $110,651 to $152,145 base salary. Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors unique to each candidate, such as prior experience, skill, certifications, and work location. Pay variations by location reflect local conditions and differences in the cost of labor.
