Job summary

Noble Corporation in Canada is seeking a Manager, Operational Excellence to drive continuous improvement across the business by leading high-impact initiatives that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and leverage technology, automation and data.

You will partner with leaders, set KPIs, and oversee transformations across profit centres, distribution, transportation and support functions, cultivating a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • PMP Certification is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must Haves and Nice to Haves
  • 5–8+ years of relevant professional experience, with 3+ years directly leading operational improvement, transformation, process excellence, or similar initiative
  • Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • PMP Certification is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, building alignment and support for initiatives and change.
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to prioritize, coordinate resources, and drive initiatives forward in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess complex information, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
