Job summary

Noble Corporation is seeking a Manager of Operational Excellence to drive continuous improvement across the organization. You will lead high-impact initiatives, leverage technology and data, and partner with leaders to deliver measurable business results and scalable operating models.

The role requires 5-8+ years of related experience with 3+ years in leading transformation efforts, and a strong execution mindset to prioritize, coordinate resources, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of relevant professional experience with 3+ years directly leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • PMP certification is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels and drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Noble's operational excellence strategy and identify high-impact opportunities to improve performance and scalability.
  • Drive transformation initiatives across profit centres, distribution, transportation, and support functions.
  • Simplify workflows, standardize processes, and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Translate strategic objectives into streamlined, customer-centric operating models.
  • Leverage technology, automation, AI, and data insights to improve decision-making and performance.
  • Build alignment and lead cross-functional change with clear accountability and governance.
  • Establish KPIs, reporting, and metrics to track progress and uncover new opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and long-term growth.

How You Contribute To Noble's Success

Must Haves and Nice to Haves
  • 5-8+ years of relevant professional experience, with 3+ years directly leading operational improvement, transformation, process excellence, or similar initiative
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • PMP Certification is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, building alignment and support for initiatives and change.
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to prioritize, coordinate resources, and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex information, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
