Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) is seeking a Manager, Operating Room & Surgical Performance to provide strategic and operational leadership for the OR and perioperative initiatives in Peterborough, Ontario. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of leadership experience in surgical services, with strong data analytics and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years progressive leadership experience in surgical services, perioperative care or healthcare operations.

The Manager is accountable for the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered surgical services through effective management of human, financial, technological, and physical resources.As a key member of the Surgical Services leadership team, the Manager leads operational planning, surgical utilization, quality improvement, wait time management, performance analytics, innovation, and program development.
