WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Reporting to the Director of Hotel Operations, this position is responsible for supervising the Night Auditors by delegating job assignments and managing the work environment to ensure maximum efficiency while maintaining service standards and providing a healthy work environment as well as ensuring exceptional levels of guest service according to Westin Brand Standards. They oversee all hotel operations in the absence of senior management.
