Our Marketing and Communications team aims to drive innovation and lead in client engagement. We collaborate across departments to enhance client experience and create value at every contact point. We think strategically to align initiatives with our organizational goals.

Join us as the Manager of Marketing Automation to lead innovative email marketing and automation strategies that drive success and elevate our brand. You will guide your team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful campaigns, workflows, and processes that boost client engagement across our insurance and wealth management lines. You will partner with B2C and B2B marketing teams to leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for seamless lifecycle communications tailored to diverse audiences.

How You Will Create Impact
  • Oversee email marketing and automation initiatives via Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance client lifetime value and improve performance, including managing incoming requests.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align and implement effective strategies, offering innovative recommendations for email communications and sales lead generation.
  • Use data-driven approaches to experiment, analyze, and improve marketing automation continually.
  • Manage the email subscriber base by promoting targeted segmentation, personalization, and best practices, ensuring compliance with CASL and PIPEDA regulations.
  • Develop and deliver training to upskill teams in email marketing practices and SFMC utilization.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate your team, managing performance and fostering an agile, strategic culture.
  • Support the marketing automation team with processes, workflows, tools, and capabilities for campaign execution.

To Join Our Team
  • 6–9 years of progressive marketing experience, including CRM email marketing and automation leadership.
  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • SFMC certification(s) and knowledge of Salesforce Cloud marketing products.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, analytics, and business intelligence concepts.
  • Asset: familiarity with insurance and financial services distribution.
