Vicars School of Massage Therapy is hiring a Marketing Manager! This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to transform the marketing department at an established business. This is a newly created position, offering the freedom to innovate and establish new strategies with support from existing staff. The role combines high-level planning and hands-on communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan marketing strategies for our website, blog, social media, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute marketing plans.
• Communicate the unique benefits of our massage therapy programs to prospective students and promote student clinics.
• Ensure the Admissions department has qualified leads and that clinics are well-attended.
• Manage both paid and organic marketing efforts, reviewing campaigns with our SEO and paid marketing agency.
• Create and oversee content, maintain branding standards, and manage communication assets.
• Establish and update style guides and manage the marketing budget.

This position requires deep organizational involvement, including creating content and coordinating with various departments.
