We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead bold campaigns, drive growth, and elevate how our brand shows up across Canada.
This role is your chance to lead high-impact marketing initiatives that reach our customers and clients all the way from architects and designers to millwork shop owners. You’ll blend data with design, research with reach, and messaging with meaning to position Formations as the go-to for interior building solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Build with Impact
- Build and execute the annual marketing plan and budget in alignment with our business goals
- Translate branch and sales objectives into targeted, high-impact marketing initiatives
- Stay ahead of industry trends and use insights to shape proactive, forward-thinking campaigns
Own the Brand
- Craft and tell the Formations story through impactful messaging, content, and campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing stays aligned with business goals
- Lead all branded efforts from digital and social to print and events ensuring a consistent voice and visual identity
- Keep our website updated, optimized for SEO, and aligned with our customer journey
- Work with external agencies and vendors to ensure all creative is high quality and on-brand
Fuel Growth
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to support product launches, campaigns, and materials
- Research new markets, vendors, and promotional channels to support expansion and brand visibility
- Conduct competitor and pricing analysis to inform positioning and communications strategy
- Drive customer engagement with clear, consistent, and meaningful communication
In an Average Week, You Might...
- Kick off Monday by reviewing performance data and aligning with Director of Branch Operations - spotting what’s landing, what’s not, and where to pivot.
- Meet with the team to review timelines, creative projects, and team updates
- Connect with our external agency to brief in a campaign, finalize a content calendar, or refine SEO strategy
- Dive into market research or competitor analysis to guide new markets, pricing, positioning, or messaging
- Draft a communication plan or launch strategy that supports a new product, event, or sales priority
- Wrap up Friday by reviewing the marketing roadmap, adjusting timelines, and ensuring next week’s initiatives stay aligned with broader objectives.
What You Bring:
- 5+ solid years leading marketing strategy, campaigns, and content
- A brain for insights, a heart for storytelling, and an eye for brand
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration
- Tech-savvy with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, SurveyMonkey, MailChimp, Salesforce, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and WordPress Basic HTML/CSS.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal + visual) and a hands-on approach to execution
