The Manager, Information Technology oversees the daily operations of the Client's IT team, including third-party vendors, projects, risk management, digital transformation, and acts as a liaison between staff, vendors, and members. This role also serves as a back-up to the Director, Information Technology & Digital Transformation. Responsibilities : Risk Management and Compliance :
- Maintain comprehensive compliance and risk management frameworks for data privacy, security, and regulatory adherence.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect member data.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular staff training on compliance and security protocols.
Data Management :
- Develop and maintain data governance policies.
- Chair the Data Governance Committee.
- Implement data quality standards and auditing schedules for CRM data.
- Track and evaluate CRM and platform / tool updates.
- Provide training and documentation on data governance.
CRM Management :
- Evaluate and upgrade CRM to handle increased data volume and business requirements.
- Implement advanced CRM features and develop new reports and dashboards.
- Provide comprehensive CRM training and support.
- Monitor CRM performance and user satisfaction.
Digital Transformation and AI :
- Analyze departmental technology needs to support strategic goals.
- Develop and implement AI tools and systems.
- Maintain and support AI-powered systems and Dynamics CRM AI Copilot.
- Integrate data sources into Power BI and maintain websites.
- Implement an online scheduling system integrated with CRM.
Member Portal :
- Develop and maintain member portal functionality.
- Ensure seamless integration between the portal and CRM.
- Regularly audit and update member data.
Project Management :
- Plan and manage technology projects based on strategic priorities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Provide technical direction and training.
- Present project status and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage daily IT team activities.
- Mentor and coach IT staff.
- Develop professional growth plans and learning opportunities.
- Serve as a key technical resource and member of the Senior Management Team.
- Back-up the Director, IT and Digital Transformation.
- Lead the implementation of the digital blueprint plan.
- Develop and implement IT goals and policies.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of IT systems.
- Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects.
Qualifications :
- 7-10 years of progressive IT experience, including IT management.
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Expertise in data center management, data governance, and technical management.
- Team and project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SSRS, Microsoft Azure, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
