Our expectations

Under the responsibility of the integration team, the CCI IT Manager is responsible for ensuring sound management of change requests, in accordance with current tools and methodologies, by planning and coordinating team efforts. He works closely with applicants, department heads, and delivery managers for planning, monitoring, and implementation phases.

He also supports team members' career development by providing regular feedback and participating in performance evaluations.

Your role

  • Manage maintenance and evolution requests from planning to delivery, following established tools and methodologies.
  • Participate in planning, resource allocation, and coordinate the involvement of IT and business teams.
  • Coordinate testing and deployment activities, including production releases.
  • Provide progress reports and ensure deadlines are communicated effectively.
  • Follow standards for designing and developing integration solutions, participating in projects and change requests.
  • Estimate effort, ensure documentation, assist during deployment, and follow up post-implementation.
  • Adhere to project management methodologies, train support staff, and plan for Level 3 support.
  • Recommend best practices for continuous improvement and support team skill development.

The Qualifications We Are Looking For

  • University degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT team management.
  • Strong organizational, service-oriented, and quality focus.
  • Decision-making skills, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of development cycles, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new systems independently.
  • Support outside normal hours as needed.
  • Practical knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of data integration technologies (Tibco is an asset), EDI (asset), and retail/distribution experience (asset).
