We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our team and lead core infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise software initiatives. In this hands-on, high-impact role, you’ll own the full spectrum of IT operations—from onboarding and device management to SOC 2 compliance and CRM system integrations.
You’ll work cross-functionally to manage assets and licenses, optimize SaaS tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, implement secure network architecture, and support end-users across the organization. This is a foundational role that ensures our systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Procure, configure, maintain and retire all endpoints (laptops, phones, tablets, screens).
- Track and optimize software subscriptions; assign/revoke user licenses.
- Provision/deprovision accounts across Google Workspace, Azure, Entra, M365, Salesforce, Jira, etc.
- Ensure data retention/transfers (mailboxes, file-shares, SaaS data) during offboarding.
- Lead implementation of Salesforce HubSpot, Zoom and related tools.
- Architect and maintain middleware/API connectors (Zapier, Workato, custom scripts).
- Define data-mapping & sync rules (e.g. calls → HubSpot, leads → Salesforce opps).
- Monitor integration health and build dashboards for sync errors and usage metrics.
- Complete hospital IT-security questionnaires and third-party risk assessments.
- Manage vendor contracts, SLAs and data-use terms.
- Deploy and manage corporate network, firewalls, EDR, VPN, email-security and anti- phishing tools.
- Conduct vulnerability scans, phishing simulations and lead incident response.
- Define and enforce IT policies (vulnerability management, acceptable use, remote-access, network security).
- Drive SOC 2 Type II readiness: control design, evidence collection, remediation.
- Implement automated backups for files, databases and VMs; test restores regularly.
- Maintain and update DR playbooks.
- Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, network and remote-access issues.
- Maintain ticketing system and up-to-date SOPs/knowledge base.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 5+ years as an IT generalist or systems admin in a regulated environment (healthcare, med-device, fintech).
- Experience with hospital IT-security reviews preferred.
- Hands-on with endpoint & network security (firewalls, EDR, VPNs).
- Proven track record with SOC 2, HIPAA or ISO 27001 compliance.
- Strong CRM/Admin chops: Salesforce Admin, HubSpot power-user or equivalent.
- Experience with middleware tools (Zapier, Workato, Tray.io) and basic scripting (Python/Node).
- Excellent communicator; able to engage C-suite, engineers and hospital-IT teams alike.
Preferred Toolset
- Identity & Device: Google Workspace, Azure Entra Intune/JAMF/Mosyle.
- Endpoint Security: CrowdStrike, SentinelOne or Sophos.
- Backups/DR: Wasabi, Veeam, Backblaze or native cloud snapshots.
- Ticketing: Jira Service Desk or ServiceNow.
- Integrations: Zapier, Workato, custom REST-API scripts.
- CRM & RevOps: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom.
