Charm Diamond Centres is seeking a dynamic Manager in Training in Canada to build and lead a high-performing jewellery sales team. The role focuses on delivering industry-leading customer service, achieving sales targets, and creating memorable shopping experiences for customers.

The position emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and training to ensure staff excellence and top-tier store performance. A retail jewellery background and strong communication are assets for success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The pay range for this position is $18.50 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Total remuneration is based on performance and includes an hourly rate, guaranteed commissions, and a yearly bonus based on sales levels.
